Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize picking routes to maintain 120+ units/hour productivity
- Inspect products for quality and document discrepancies
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse picking or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts (1-2 weekends/month)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
