Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety precision
- Optimize order fulfillment efficiency to meet/exceed daily KPIs
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain meticulous stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on new technologies and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/picking experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
