Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet productivity targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order picking experience
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
