Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Optimize warehouse workflows through strategic slotting and inventory management
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/picking experience in high-volume environments
- Valid PIT certification (reach truck, order picker, or forklift)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
