Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and real-time data updates
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and meet daily targets
- Collaborate with packing and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or order picking experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
