Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and quality checks
- Operate material handling equipment (electric pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- OSHA certification for material handling equipment operation preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
