Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/picking experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse technology systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
