Responsibilities
- Accurately select and package orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic inventory management
- Maintain safety compliance with OSHA standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) with precision
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
