Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Optimize warehouse workflow to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Train on new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with picking/packing background
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
