Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time reporting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Optimize order fulfillment workflows to meet/exceed productivity targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience with RF scanner proficiency
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
