Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets of 150+ orders/day
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse picking/packing experience with proven accuracy rates >98%
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical assessment
