Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Optimize picking routes to meet/exceed 120 orders/hour productivity targets
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8-10 hours daily
- RF scanner/WMS proficiency required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Ability to work in 40°F-45°F refrigerated environment (seasonal)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
