Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Operate powered equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- RF scanner/WMS system proficiency or willingness to train
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail with <1% error tolerance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Basic math and inventory management skills
