Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize order selection routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse picking or fulfillment experience
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
