Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on inventory accuracy and operational metrics
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless supply chain coordination
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety inspections for forklifts and other machinery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record in inventory control and warehouse optimization
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed
