Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and mentor 15+ team members to optimize productivity and safety compliance
- Implement OSHA regulations and maintain zero-incident safety standards
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory, reduce costs, and improve accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline cross-functional workflows
- Analyze KPIs and develop data-driven strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
