Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Identify and report operational inefficiencies to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
