Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders based on digital pick lists to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and staging materials for shipping.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and inventory issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software or scanning systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
