Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to outdoor docks).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
