Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform inventory checks and stock management duties accurately.
- Operate forklifts in accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of shipments for delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A, B, or C Driver’s License (or equivalent forklift certification).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
