Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence across the organization.
- Market Analysis: Analyze emerging tech trends to anticipate shifts in the industry and adjust our architectural standards proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future Tech Insight: Demonstrated understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and distributed ledger technologies.
