Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in -10°F to 45°F zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated storage systems safely
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO principles
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Perform sanitation procedures and equipment maintenance checks
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory management
