Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to safely move products and inventory
- Inspect and record temperature logs, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
- Pack, label, and stage products for efficient distribution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
