Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and manage inventory rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and equipment cleaning standards
- Monitor temperature/humidity levels and report equipment malfunctions
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and document discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
