Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the cold storage facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with food safety and pharmaceutical standards.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against packing lists.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in quality control checks and remove any expired or damaged stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and logging.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
