Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets and inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring weight distribution and cargo security.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks (pre-trip inspections).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we can assist with training).
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity checks.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
