Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Assist with inventory management using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete accurate documentation for material movements and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with minimum 1 year recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
