Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse layout
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain proper maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and preparing outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
