Responsibilities
- Pack and seal merchandise according to specifications using proper materials
- Scan and label packages for accurate inventory tracking
- Operate packing machinery (conveyors, sealers) safely and efficiently
- Verify order contents against pick tickets to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
