Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to customer orders and shipping specifications.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent breakage.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with loading trucks when required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and calculating order quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
