Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory receiving, putaway, and cycle counts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks with precision
- Pick/pack orders using RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse activities
- Train on WMS systems and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
