Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select and pack merchandise from the warehouse inventory using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Order Fulfillment: Verify order accuracy, check for damaged goods, and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards set by management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and labeling orders.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices and basic computer systems.
