Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and ship products with high accuracy to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Update inventory systems and document order discrepancies as they arise.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
