Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts during the packing process.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for timely shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
