Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify the accuracy of all orders to minimize errors and returns.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
