Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders.
- Inspect goods for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organize inventory and maintain a neat, orderly work area to prevent safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
