Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipment preparation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Adhere to strict production deadlines and efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to North Nashville facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
