Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
