Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves and package them for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from the facility is required.
