Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and proper labeling
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Industrial Way location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
