Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity and condition against invoices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate inventory software.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
