Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using pick-to-light systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain 5S workplace standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Stable work history with reliable attendance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in warehouse environment
