Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and organize stock in designated areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Assist with basic data entry and scanning of barcode labels.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading tickets and verifying quantities.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and noisy environments.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this role.
