Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks and containers using manual and powered equipment
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete paperwork and digital inventory tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Willingness to work variable shifts (day/night/weekends)
