Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using hand trucks, dollies, and scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets safety and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist in cycle counts as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Documentation: Complete necessary shipping paperwork and log data into warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history and the ability to work overtime when needed.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer terminals, scanners, and warehouse software.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred.
