Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy and promptly report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
