Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
