Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory for quality control
- Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent
