Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and picking lists to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect outgoing orders for quality control, verifying quantities and item descriptions against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing inventory lanes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon request).
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning devices or handheld computers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for this role.
