Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper lifting techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
